ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS AFTERCARE

You have received a treatment using a muscle-relaxing protein to enhance your appearance. Results develop gradually over 3-10 days, with full effects visible at 14 days. The treatment typically lasts 3-4 months before gradually wearing off.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT

It is normal to experience the following mild side effects:
✔ Small redness, swelling, or bumps at the injection sites.
✔ Temporary bruising.
✔ Mild to moderate headache.
✔ Tingling or mild itching in the treated areas.
These symptoms typically resolve within a few hours to a couple of days.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR RESULTS & REDUCE SIDE EFFECTS

✔ Stay upright for at least 2 hours after treatment.
✔ Gently contract the treated muscles every 20 minutes for the first hour.
✔ Avoid facial massages & electrical stimulation for 2 weeks.
✔ Avoid wearing tight caps or clothing that put pressure on the treated area.
✔ Avoid alcohol, UV exposure, and extreme heat (saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds, strenuous exercise, very hot showers).

PREVENTING INFECTION

✔ Do not apply makeup for 6 hours unless it is mineral-based.
✔ Wash your hands immediately after treatment.
✔ Avoid touching the treated areas for 6 hours to minimise the risk of infection.

WHEN TO CONTACT US

If you experience any of the following:
✔ Droopy eyelid or heavy brow.
✔ Dry eyes or unusual discomfort.
✔ Any other concerning side effects.
✔ If you feel distressed or worried about your results.
✔ If you require a routine adjustment, this can be done after 14 days.
